Delivery

Clothing created by our Young Designers and from SFF Classic are exclusive made to order items by hand and should be with you within 14 working days.

The standard charge is £3.95 per order.


Keeping track of your clothing

We will send you an email when your clothing has been dispatched and you should expect it within 2-3 working days. This should still be within the 14 day timescale we allow but in the case that you have not received your clothing please contact deliveries@afrikouture.com and we will do our best to resolve this for you.


Returns and Refunds

If you do not like your exclusive made to order clothing, you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a full refund.

If you change your mind just contact us to cancel the order as soon as possible. If your item has already been dispatched we will refund you the cost of the item but not the delivery charge. You will be refunded in the same way that you paid and this may take up to 7 working days.

To return your purchase you must notify us contacting our Customer Service team by sending an email to returns@afrikouture.com with the order reference number, a quick explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product, and any detail you consider important. We usually answer emails within two working days. Our customer service team will then contact you to explain all the necessary procedures.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on custom made items, these include items where you have provided your specific measurements or chosen a specific fabric.
